LOL!!! Hi I didn't know you were still out there :-) I've been getting into practice, and I just sort of saw how ideas are just illusions. I also saw how I sometimes had/have really strong ideas, which lead to really strong convictions and strong words, but how they all were just ideas and what an ass I was. As it says in our Longchen Nyingtik Ngondro practice:
